Heavyweight PR support for pick-up importer
In 2011, Isuzu UK tasked PFPR with delivering creative PR, events management, press fleet and full press office support for its upcoming all-new pick-up, the Isuzu D-Max.
The PFPR team formulated a launch strategy, created all the media assets, and was responsible for the media launch activity. PFPR’s efforts ensured that the D-Max made a huge impact, with extensive coverage that included very specific positioning and key messages.
For five years thereafter, PFPR consistently targeted a broad spectrum of media – from consumer motoring, commercial vehicles and fleet titles, to farming, outdoor pursuits and construction outlets – with highly effective media relations and events, helping to generate successive record annual sales for the brand.
